How do I track my period?

Open the app and tap the calendar icon. Select the dates of your period by tapping on them. You can also log flow intensity and symptoms for each day.

How do I switch to pregnancy mode?

Go to Settings → Mode Selection and choose "Track Pregnancy". Enter your due date or last period date to begin pregnancy tracking.

How accurate are the predictions?

Our predictions improve over time as you log more data. After 3-4 cycles, most users find predictions to be within 1-2 days of accuracy.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We never sell or share your personal health information. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I enable notifications?

Go to Settings → Notifications and toggle on the notifications you'd like to receive. Make sure you've allowed notifications for Due in your phone's settings.
