Is Due free to download?

Due’s Android listing offers a free download. Doctor consultations are paid separately. For current feature access and any other charges, check the app or ask our support team before you start.

How much does a consultation cost?

The fee depends on the doctor. Choose a doctor and an available appointment in the app to see the consultation fee before confirming payment.

Can I use Due in my country?

Open the Google Play listing on your device to check download availability in your region. Availability of the app and access to a doctor can differ. Contact support with your country if you need help checking consultation access.

When can I speak to a doctor?

Ask a Doc shows the doctors and appointment slots currently available in the app. Choose a slot that works for you; immediate appointments are not guaranteed. For urgent medical help, contact local emergency services.
